Shipping and Returns

Same day shipping: We guarantee that your order will leave our warehouse, the same business day that your payment arrives.

As long as your order payment arrives before 1pm, it will be posted the same day!

This policy only applies to postal business days.

Free shipping: Orders over $100 NZD receive free shipping (within NZ). This will be next day delivery (CourierPost). Larger items may be sent separately and may take 2-3 day delivery but this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping fees: Currently we offer two methods of shipping. These are;

CourierPost: Next Working Day Delivery. Online tracking available and delivered right to your doorstep. Rural delivery may take an extra day.

ParcelPost Tracked: 1-3 working day delivery. Online tracking and confirmation of delivery. Parcels are delivered by courier right to the door.

Urgent Delivery: If you require fast or urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help you receive the items needed as fast as possible.

Return Policy: If your item is damaged due to shipping or has a manufactures defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to provide a replacement.

Refunds: It is a policy that we do not provide refunds as when a trick is purchased, you also buy the 'secret' which cannot be returned. We try to describe our items as best as possible in the product description to help you make your purchase decision carefully. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

We reserve the right to give a refund, exchange, or store credit at our sole discretion.
